New in 2008	July 1, 2008 will mark the beginning of a mission project involving four churches (two urban, two suburban) in our Metro Detroit area. Each church will provide four people to participate in the program throughout the year. It is expected that the four people will include to youth (high school to young adult) and two adults. During 2008-2009 the four groups will work together on four mission projects, one in each of the communities. Projects may include such things as working at a food pantry, assisting elderly residents, or other appropriate projects that suit the needs of the community. It is expected that the four church groups will meet monthly for purposes of getting to know each other and planning the projects. If your church is interested, please Contact Us.
	Mt. Vernon  Missionary Baptist Church  is proud to present the 2008 Men & Women Conference: "Reaping the Harvest" June 27th- 29th. ReFree Piano!	Dr. Merlin Ekstrom of Farmington Hills has a Baldwin Spinet Piano in excellent condition (accordind to a top piano tuner in the Detroit metro area) avaliable free of charge to any church who needs it. Camp Lael	Camp Lael Needs Your Help!     Registration for campers from MDA churches is low!
